Design training for teams without a designer.

Your marketing person builds the decks, the posts and the landing pages. I teach them the design skills to make those look professional, in a short course built around your own work.

You don’t have a designer, so design falls to whoever is closest. Usually marketing, sometimes sales, often you. The results work, more or less. They just never look as professional as the company really is, and hiring a designer doesn’t make sense yet.

What I do

The design training covers the basics that make the biggest difference: layout, typography, colour, and how to judge your own work when there’s nobody to ask. It’s a short course built around what your team already makes every week.

We practise on your real decks, posts and pages. By the end, they can usually spot what’s off in a slide before anyone points it out, and they know how to fix it.

If you’d rather not run a course, I also do one-off design consultations. Your team shows me what they’re working on, and I tell them what I’d change.

What’s included

  • 01A short course for your marketing team, or whoever handles design, tailored to the work they do
  • 02Hands-on sessions using your own decks, social posts and web pages
  • 03Simple rules and templates they can keep using, built on your brand
  • 04Design reviews: send me work in progress and get honest feedback
  • 05One-off consultations on a specific problem, from a pitch deck to a website

It can be a single workshop or a few sessions spread over several weeks. We agree on the exact format after our first conversation, depending on how much your team wants to learn.
