See what people find before they decide to reply.

Before anyone books a call, they look you up. I go through everything they find and tell you where it loses them, in the order I’d fix it.

You know your service is good, and you know they need it. You send the messages and follow up, and nobody replies. Somewhere between your first message and their answer, they looked you up, and what they found didn’t convince them.

What I do

In a credibility audit, I look at your business the way a stranger would: someone who heard your name an hour ago and is deciding whether you’re worth a reply.

That means your website, but also everything around it. Your LinkedIn, your pitch deck, your last proposal, your email signature. Trust breaks in small places, and usually nobody tells you where.

You get a list of what to fix and why, starting with whatever is most likely losing you deals. Some of it your team can fix in an afternoon. Some of it needs a designer. I’ll tell you honestly which is which.

What’s included

  • 01Your website, page by page
  • 02Your social profiles, especially LinkedIn
  • 03Pitch decks, proposals and sales materials
  • 04The small stuff: email signatures, invoices, how your documents look when they land in someone’s inbox
  • 05A prioritised list of fixes, with the reasoning behind each one

We agree on the exact scope after our first conversation, depending on what you want me to look at.

FAQ

Didn’t find your question?
Send me a message.

  • Ideally everything a potential customer might see, though you decide the scope. That usually starts with your website and social media channels, and can include your pitch deck, proposals, customer templates and any other customer-facing materials.

  • A clear list of recommendations for what to improve so your company comes across as more credible, ordered by what matters most. You can fix the issues yourself, or hire me to fix them for you.

  • An SEO audit checks how well search engines can find your website. A website audit usually looks for technical problems like broken links or slow pages. A credibility audit looks at your whole company through your customers’ eyes: your positioning, how professional and established you come across, and what makes people trust you. Your website is part of it, alongside everything else people see.

See your business the way prospects do.

Send me your website and LinkedIn. I’ll tell you what a stranger sees and what I’d fix first.
