A brand identity for the clients you’re pitching next.

You’re ready for bigger clients and bigger rounds. Your brand should get you taken seriously before anyone has seen your work.

You started scrappy, and your brand was built for that stage. Now you’re pitching companies a hundred times your size, and your brand still looks like the early days. Bigger clients judge your level long before they see what you can do.

What I do

I design brand identities for startups and B2B companies that are moving upmarket: pitching bigger clients, raising a bigger round, or both. The goal is for the right people to take you seriously the first time they see your name.

It starts with a conversation about where you’re going and who you’re selling to next, because that decides what the brand has to do. Then I come back with a single direction and the reasoning behind it. In my experience, when a designer shows three options, two of them are filler.

Once we agree on the direction, I build it out and put it to work where your clients will actually see it, in your decks, proposals and event materials, not just on the website.

What’s included

  • 01Brand direction based on who you’re selling to next
  • 02Logo, typography, colour and visual language
  • 03Guidelines your team will actually use
  • 04The things people see every day: pitch decks, proposals, email signatures, social templates, event materials

This is what a brand project usually includes. We agree on the exact scope after our first conversation, based on where your company is and what you need.

  • A typical Mar Sabi Studio brand identity includes a logo, colour palette, typography and visual style, brought together in brand guidelines your team can follow. It can also cover the things people see every day, like business cards, pitch deck and proposal templates, social media templates and email signatures. The exact list depends on what you need, and we agree on it before we start.

  • Usually a refresh. Most companies have more worth keeping in their brand than they think. A full rebrand makes sense when you’re repositioning the business, or when the brand has drifted far from where the company is today. I’m happy to do either.

  • Yes. A brand only works if it shows up everywhere your customers look, so I design the materials around it too: pitch decks, proposals, templates and event materials.

  • All the files we agreed on in the scope, organised and in the formats your team needs, along with guidelines so anyone can use the brand consistently.
